Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Exchanges or Store Credit only! No refunds will be given unless an item is defective. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for exchanges only or store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We offer size exchanges on regular priced merchandise. However, we do ask that you measure or ask us if you are unsure of a size to avoid the need to exchange. All manufacturers use different size charts, so please read the chart for each item.

If you need to exchange an item send it to the return address on the package with the invoice or a copy of the order. Clearly print the item you would like in exchange. Only items that are in perfect condition, unworn, in their original package with tags attached will be accepted.

We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Most items are shipped within 48 business hours and are delivered within 1-7 business days within the U.S.

We use USPS priority shipping within the U.S. with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses. Please call us if you need next day delivery.

Custom or special orders need to be hand made and take between 7-14 days to ship.

We use USPS first class for international shipping to Canada. Please note this does not include tracking or insurance. If you need these options please let us know.

Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
